Monday thru Thursday, $140.00 per night + 7% tax
(2 night minimum)

Weekend Rates

Friday thru Sunday, $200.00 per night + 7% tax
(2 night minimum -- extend stay additional night for $100 + 7% tax)

A deposit of $150 is required to hold a reservation and for use as a damage deposit. Entire rental fee is due upon arrival. Deposit non-refundable if reservations cancelled less than 3 weeks before rental date. Damage deposit will be returned within one week after departure if no damage has occurred.

Rates quoted for up to 8 people.
$10 + 7% tax extra per night per additional person, maximum 10 people.
