Terms & Conditions
Please Read

• A deposit of $200 is required to hold a reservation and for use as a damage deposit. Reservation/Damage deposit will be fully refunded after cabin inspection and no damage has occurred.
• Deposit not refundable if reservations cancelled less than 14 days before rental date and the cabin is not rented to someone else.
• Entire rental fee is due upon arrival if paying by check or cash or
  1 week prior if charging at web site, 2 weeks prior if holiday rental.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 yeas of age and sign hold harmless agreement. Renter shall be responsible for guest while on property and be responsible for any damages incurred by the guest.
• Early check in is possible and late checkout may be arranged for an extra charge.
• Pet Friendly with a non refundable $50 fee. All dogs should be on leashes when walking.
• No smoking in cabin at any time, smoking allowed outside, in screened porch or on deck.
• All linens and towels are furnished and should be washed and folded; towels placed in closet and linens placed on the beds before leaving.
